Carol Warren

 -  your Labour team member for Lickhill

 -  your District Council candidate for
    Lickhill ward    Labour X

 -  your Town Council candidate for
    Lickhill ward    Labour X

Carol has lived in Stourport for over 40 years and has found it to be a great place to bring up a family. Now retired Carol still has a passion for community engagement which now revolves around voluntary work and helping to care for her grandchildren.

Carol has wide experience having previously served as a local councillor for some 12 years, as Board member on a Health Trust and school and college governor. Her volunteering roles are focused mainly on supporting people with dementia alongside their carers as well as church activities.

Having lived locally for a long period Carol is saddened to see the lack of investment in developing the Town's infrastructure as well as the lack of ambition of the District Council in promoting the rich history of the area to develop its potential as a tourist centre as well as a thriving place to live and work. If elected Carol would work with her Labour colleagues to advocate for a fair share of resources for Stourport and ensure that the views of Stourport's residents are heard when decisions about investments are made.
